| Rates |
|
Summer rental is Saturday to
Saturday. Cabins run from $400 to $2340 per week depending upon
the size and location of the cabin. |
| Nightly Rental |
|
We can rent by the night September to the
end of May. We do offer discounts for multiple night stays in the
off peak season. |
| Check in Check out time |
|
Check in after 3pm. If you are going
to arrive after 7pm please call to make special arrangements.
Check out is before 10 am.
|
| Deposits |
|
A deposit of 50%
is due within 5 days of making your reservation.
A refund of your deposit will be contingent
upon our ability to re-rent your cabin, minus a $100.00 admin fee.
You are responsible for 100% of the cost of
your stay if you cancel with less than 2 months notice. If we are
able to re-rent your cabin we will refund your deposit, minus the admin
fee. In the non-peak season we will do our best to transfer your
stay if weather is a factor. |

| Extra Night Guests |
|

$20.00 per night
/ $100.00 per week There is a maximum of 2 extra guests per cabin
per night. Infants and children count toward the cabin maximum
although children under 4 are always free.

| Daytime Visitors |
|
The resort is for our registered guests to
use. If you are expecting a couple of day guests please make prior
arrangements. |
| Sorry pets have to stay home |
|
We guarantee all of the cabins to be pet
free. |
| Camping and Tenting |
|
Sorry we
aren't licensed for camping or tenting. |
| Quiet Time |
|
Quiet time if between the hours of 10pm and
8am. |
| Smoking |
|
All indoor spaces are smoke free. You
are welcome to smoke outdoors. |
| Boats |
|
We require the use of a lift if you bring a
boat. Boats with motors are available for rent and come with a
lift. |
| Towels |
|
Kitchen towels are provided. Please
bring beach and bath towels. Let us know if this is a factor for
you, we are considering adding full towel service. |
| Fishing License |
|
Fleet farm and Wal-Mart
and Christopherson's sell fishing
licenses. |
| Bait |
|
We carry limited live bait. |
| Housekeeping Cabins |
|
The cabin should be returned to us broom
clean. Garbage taken to dumpster. |
| Fish Clean Facility |
|
We have a fish cleaning house with a
freezer for fish waste. The 9 foot stainless steel double sink
makes cleaning fish a breeze. The fish cleaning house is open May
to late October. |
| Store |
|
We have a store with the most forgotten
basics, ice, t-shirts and sweatshirts. |
| Parking |
|
Depending upon the size of your
cabin. We have room for 2 or 3 cars right by your cabin.
|
| Art Studio |
|
You will have open access to the art studio
and have 100's of projects to choose from. Resort guests pay only
the actual cost of the project. |
| Laundry |
|
Washer and drier are available in the
store. Both are open 24 - 7. |
| Kid friendly |
|
Are you kidding.... We have 6 children of
our own. We want the entire families vacation to be fun and have
tried to plan for all ages. |
| Movies |
|
We have an ever expanding collection of
DVDs that you may borrow to take back and use in the players provided in
every cabin. |
| Crow Wing

Kayaks are free
to use with cabin rental. |
