Internet

Free Commercial quality Wireless internet is available throughout the entire resort and on the docks. We have a business center available in the lodge with a color laser printer.

Air conditioning

All cabins are air conditioned.

Rates

Summer rental is Saturday to Saturday. Cabins run from $125/night to $4500/week depending upon the size and location of the cabin. We are open nightly between Labor Day and Memorial Day.

Nightly Rental

We can rent by the night September to the end of May. We do offer discounts for multiple night stays in the off peak season.

Check in Check out time

Check in after 4pm. If you are going to arrive after 7pm please call to make special arrangements.

Check out is before 10 am.

Deposits

You are financially responsible for your entire confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit. In the case of a cancellation, for any reason, our ability to return your deposit depends upon our ability to re-rent the unit for those dates. Deposits are refundable less a $100 rebooking charge after the cabin is re-rented. If the unit cannot be re-rented, you will be financially responsible for the balance of your stay.

The amount of the deposit is 50% of the cost of your stay.

In the non-peak season we will do our best to transfer your stay if weather is a factor.

Credit Cards

We accept Regular Visa, Master Card and Discover. We can not take signature or business cards.

Extra Night Guests

$20.00 per night / $100.00 per week There is a maximum of 1 or 2 extra guests per cabin per night. Infants and children count toward the cabin maximum.

Daytime Visitors

The resort is for our registered guests to use. If you are expecting a couple of day guests please make prior arrangements. There is a $10 per person charge. Day guest status expires at 7pm. Minnesota State Law sections 327.10 to 327.13 requires everyone that comes to a private resort be registered.

Sorry pets have to take a separate vacation

We guarantee all of the cabins to be pet free. Check out www.affordablepetservices.com Cindy and Matt are right around the south side of the lake and do a phenomenal job taking care of your pet.

Water

We soften all the water and is fine for coffee and drinking.

Camping and Tenting

Sorry we aren't licensed for camping or tenting.

Quiet Time

Quiet time is between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

Smoking

All indoor spaces are smoke free. You are welcome to smoke outdoors.

Boats

We require the use of a lift if you bring a boat. Pontoons and boats with motors are available for rent and include a lift. Our docks are aluminum and electricity is provided free for your boat on the dock.

Towels

Kitchen towels are provided. Please bring beach and bath towels. In the winter we provide bath towels.

**If you are coming from a distance we are happy to provide complimentary towels.

Fishing License

Fleet farm and Wal-Mart and Christopherson's sell fishing licenses.
Fishing licenses can be purchased on-line.

Bait

We carry limited live bait.

Housekeeping Cabins

The cabin should be returned to us broom clean. Garbage taken to dumpster, dishes washed and your personal items all removed.

Fish Cleaning Facility

We have a fish cleaning house with a freezer for fish waste. The 9 foot stainless steel double sink makes cleaning fish a breeze. The fish cleaning house is open May to mid October.
Winter fish cleaning is available in our new lodge.

Store

We have a store with the most forgotten basics and ice, t-shirts and sweatshirts.

Parking

Depending upon the size of your cabin. We have room for 2 to 4 cars right by your cabin.

Art Studio

You will have open access to the art studio and have 100's of projects to choose from. Resort guests pay only the actual cost of the project. Kids have an art center with lots of supplies to choose from at your leisure.

Laundry - Free

Washer and drier are available in the store. Both are open 24 - 7. Laundry soap is provided and the use of the washer and drier is free. All of the big cabins have their own washer and drier in the cabin.

Kid friendly

Are you kidding.... We have 6 children of our own. We want the entire families vacation to be fun and have tried to plan for all ages.

Television

We have free satellite television in all cabins. Direct-tv

Movies

We have an ever expanding collection of DVDs that you may borrow to take back and use in the dvd players provided in every cabin. Currently over 400 titles to borrow from.

Jet Ski

You are welcome to bring your own jet ski. We have jet ski lifts available.

Jet ski operation must be in accordance with MN law. Hours of operation are between 9:30 am and 1 hour before sunset. A 150' no wake zone from any person or structure. We also ask our guests to operate the jet ski in the middle of the lake for safety and as a courtesy to those on shore.

Bedding

All bedding is included. We use our own high quality sheets. If you need a change of sheets during your stay just ask us for an exchange. Hide a bed bedding is available at your request. We have extra blankets and quilts. If you need different type of pillow we have soft and firm pillows at your request. The beds are all pillow top mattresses. We have additional mattress toppers available if you need and even softer top.

Strollers, High Chair, Pack and Play

We have strollers, pack and plays and 1 high chair. Let us know if you like to borrow these for the week.

Crow Wing kayaks, Bicycles and Paddle Boat

Kayaks, paddle boat and bicycles of all sizes are available to use free with cabin rental. We have added men and women's' Schwinn cruiser bicycles. We even have toddler tricycles and a wagon.
